This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for Prediction Quant. Please read carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Billing
Prediction Quant subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date you first subscribe and renews on the same date each month.
Payments are processed automatically via Stripe. You will receive a receipt by email after each successful charge.
2. Subscription Plans
Founder Plan — First 50 Subscribers Only
Month 1: $49 (introductory rate with coupon code)
Month 2 and beyond: $97/month, locked for life as long as the subscription remains active.
Includes: All features except EdgeStrike Automation.
Standard Plan — After Founder Spots Fill
$199/month recurring.
Includes: All features except EdgeStrike Automation.
Automation Plan — Future Launch
$399/month recurring (available as an upgrade when EdgeStrike Automation launches).
Includes: All features plus EdgeStrike Automation.
3. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
Logging into your account and navigating to Billing Settings
Emailing us at contact@predictionquant.com with your account email and cancellation request
We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to the Service until that date. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle.
Founder Plan and Cancellation
If you hold a Founder Plan and cancel your subscription, your locked $119/month rate is permanently forfeited.If you resubscribe after cancellation, you will be charged at the then-current Standard or Automation plan price. The Founder rate cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

4. Refund Policy
General Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
You were charged in error due to a technical issue on our end
You were unable to access the Service for an extended period (48+ hours) due to a platform outage caused by us
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email contact@predictionquant.com within 7 days of the charge in question with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide transaction records to your financial institution.
5. Plan Upgrades
Upgrading to Automation Plan
When EdgeStrike Automation launches, any active subscriber (Founder or Standard) may upgrade to the Automation Plan at $399/month.
Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new billing amount will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing period, then charged at $399/month on renewal.
Important: Upgrading from a Founder Plan to the Automation Plan permanently removes the Founder pricing lock. If you later downgrade or cancel, you cannot return to the $119/month Founder rate.
6. Free Trials
We do not currently offer a free trial. The Founder Plan introductory rate of $49 with coupon code for the first month serves as a low-barrier entry point for early subscribers.
7. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a dispute regarding your subscription, contact us at contact@predictionquant.com before initiating a dispute with your bank.
We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving legitimate billing issues promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
